How does shipping work?
We ship all boxes via UPS to the US & Canada. All domestic US boxes ship free - all other items are via UPS estimated rates.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our subscription box, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately.
Please note: we cannot replace items that are washed in a way that does not follow instructions. Please read instructions/stickers prior to removing packaging.
Each box will be a complete surprise but we can promise you that you'll LOVE every single item. Ashley puts her love and joy into every item she picks and curates each box to suit all of you.
How often do you ship boxes?
Our subscription boxes ship quarterly so if you're subscribed, you'll received 4 boxes per year. Shipping dates will be tentative each quarter but will be announced within your subscription.
